Kaushik Roy is currently designated as Chief Executive Officer at Daily Bread.
Kaushik joined Daily Bread in March 2008 as COO and was designated as CEO in June 2009. Kaushik has a strong background in the Food & Beverages retail industry in India with a career spanning over 18 years in this sector. He has worked with leading brands like GFA, Pizza Express, Plc UK , Nirula’s, Amoretto's and the Mars Group.
His last assignment was as the CEO for GFA India, a Switzerland based group with a portfolio of specialty food service brands which consists of Coffee World, Pizza Corner, New York Deli, The Cream & Fudge Factory, Conizza, The Donut Baker, Golden Pretzel and Stone Fire Pizza Kitchen. The brands are currently operating in Thailand, India, China, Bangladesh, UAE, Reunion Island and US.
Kaushik has hands on experience in launching new brands in India. He has been, over his career, instrumental in the launch of numerous stores of different formats ranging from food courts, fine dining, night clubs, casual dining and quick service restaurants.While working with the Mars Restaurant Group, Kaushik has been crucial in reviving brands such as Tendulkar’s, Not Just Jazz By The Bay and Pizzeria.
Kaushik is a Hotel Management graduate from IHM Bhopal under the National Council Delhi.

Aloke Totlani was heading the Business Development portfolio with Brand Kaati Zone Prior to joining Daily Bread. Previous to that, Mr. Totlani was a Specialist in the Target Group Management Dept - HORECA at Metro Cash and Carry, where he was responsible for the department which comprised of hotels, restaurants and catering sectors.
He looked after strategizing, analyzing and managing key accounts. Prior, to that he was the Assistant Vice President, Franchising & Business Development Pan India at Global Franchise Architects for four years. GFA is a Swiss based group that builds operates and franchises a portfolio of specialty food service brands such as Pizza Corner, Coffee World, New York Deli, The Cream & Fudge Factory, and Donut Baker.
At GFA, he was responsible for expansion and growth of the company’s brands across India. He was also recognized & awarded by M/s Franchise India Holdings as the Best Franchise Manager for the year 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant Industry and has expertise in F& B management, operations & franchising.

Souvik Joined Daily Bread in May 2008 as GM Operations and Production with 12 years experience in various food production/commissary and food retail organizations at various levels
After completing his graduation in Hotel Management from Dr. D.Y. Patil IHMCT, Navi Mumbai, and training at various flight kitchen in Mumbai, He started his culinary, baking and confectionary profession with Carnival Cruise Lines USA for four years and then returned back to India to put his learning in various organizations like Gourmet Street (Coccos), Aroma Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Before joining Daily Bread he was with GFA (Pizza Corner, Coffee World) in the Quality Assurance and R&D team, which laid the foundation of launching the first Donut Brand by the name Donut Baker and the cold stone ice cream concept with Cream & Fudge Factory in India.

Anshu joined Daily Bread on 26th December 2008. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She brings with her a decade of experience. She handled several corporate affairs like Statutory & Management accounting, Branch accounting, Statutory audits, Internal audits, Fund management, Overall consolidation of Financial statements.
She was previously working with Sahara Group with the asset base of more than Rs 50000 Crores,1701 establishments present all over the India. She was managing the portfolio of 33 companies venturing into Power, Real estate ,IT, Welfare, Education. She was responsible for finalization & Consolidation of accounts also handled the Income Tax Assessment of the corporate, societies Etc.
